Our prescription desk is open 8:30am to 6:00pm. We aim to deal with your repeat prescription requests within 48 hours.
 
To order a prescription
  • please ring on 0844 477 3030 after 8:30am and press for option 3
  • call in at reception
  • or you can order prescriptions over the internet on https://access.e-mis.co.uk if you are registered for this facility. Please contact our Office Manager Jacqui Emmott to register.

Processing Time
A request made before 10.00am (by any of the above methods) will be ready to collect after 2pm the following day; a request made after 10.00am will be ready to collect 48 hours later.
 
When requesting a repeat prescription please be as clear as possible either by reading (or spelling) the name of the drug from the old bottle or better still by using the counterfoil and its tick-boxes from the last prescription. The counterfoil also indicates when it is time to see the doctor for your next prescription review.

Collecting Your Prescription
Prescriptions can be collected from the surgery between the same hours or, if requested, they can be sent to either of the chemists in Cross Hills (Boots), Sutton or Cowling. In addition we can post the prescription to you if you supply a stamped, addressed envelope. These arrangements cover most eventualities but in case of particular difficulties please mention your problem to either the doctor or the receptionist and we will do our best to help.
