We try to provide a high quality service at Cross Hills Group Practice. Unfortunately there are occasions when things do not turn out as well as we would hope or intend. We would be glad to receive your complaints or suggestions in order to address any issues which you may have with your care and to help us improve our service.
Comments
 
If you wish to make a comment or suggestion about any aspect of our service please either:
 
- email the Practice (see Contact Us page)
- fill in one of the forms available from Reception when you visit the Practice
- fax us on 0844 499 6605 
 
If you put your name and contact details we will gladly respond to you and acknowledge your communication, but you do not need to put your name if you do not wish to.
 
Complaints
 
The Practice operates a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints.

In the first instance please contact either our Office Manager (Jacqui Emmott) or Practice Manager (Joanne Wales-Smith) in order to discuss your concerns.

The procedure will then be explained to you and you will be advised how to make sure your concerns are dealt with promptly.

 
We also have Complaints leaflets at Reception if you wish to take one away.
